Terms of use

Relavo is a directory and introduction service for startups and scale-ups. Members publish what they sell and what they are looking to buy, find each other, and exchange contact details by mutual consent.

We introduce; we are not a party to anything you agree with another member. Any contract, payment, delivery or dispute is strictly between the two of you.

We take no commission and hold no funds. We provide no escrow, no contracts, no invoicing and no dispute resolution. We do not vet the quality, solvency or conduct of any member.

A verified badge means only that the registrant’s work-email domain matched the website they submitted, or that an administrator approved them manually. It is not an endorsement and it is not diligence. Do your own.

One account per person, one company per account. You must be authorised to represent the company you list. Sign-in is by emailed link or Google — keep access to that mailbox secure, because anyone holding it can sign in as you.

Parts of your profile may be drafted by AI reading your public website. That draft is a starting point and it gets things wrong. You review and confirm every field before anything is published, and what you publish is your responsibility, whoever first typed it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us permission to display it to other members and, for company names and logos only, on our public homepage.

Your contact channels are shown to another member only after you accept a connection request from them. Accepting is symmetric: you both see each other’s details at that moment.

Details you receive this way are given for one purpose — the opportunity discussed. Adding them to a mailing list, a CRM sequence or a resale list is a breach of these terms.

Do not list services you cannot provide, impersonate a company you do not represent, send bulk solicitations, scrape the directory, or attempt to identify members’ contact details by any route other than an accepted request.

Connection requests are rate limited. We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms, and we may do so without notice where members are being harmed.

Relavo is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, matching quality, or that you will find anything at all.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings with other members, from anything published on the service, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may leave at any time by writing to hello@relavo.org. Your profile stops being visible immediately, and your data is deleted within two weeks. See the privacy policy for exactly what that covers.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to members with email notifications on, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
